Remote support via secure connection
If you require remote support, Engage support staff can use a secure facility to enable them to connect direct to your computer, completely at your control.
How do we Start?
Using Teamviewer, we would ask you to join us on a Teamviewer session for which we’d provide you with a session code. You’d insert this into your Teamviewer login page after which the session would commence.
Since it is up to you to grant us access and SSL is in operation, you can be assured of a secure connection at your absolute control, on a session by session basis.
When the connection is terminated, that session number cannot be re-used.
